Safety Measures
The safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our top priority, and we are committed to doing our part to keep everyone safe and healthy.
To support the needs of each client, we offer in-person, video, and phone appointment options.
For In-Person
Counselling Appointments:
Masks or face coverings are no longer required while you are within the common areas of the building (e.g. hallways, elevators). However, we invite and encourage those that prefer to continue wearing a face covering to do so in the waiting and common areas of our office. Thank you for your continued patience as we all work together to support and respect the personal choices of others and make space for everyone to feel comfortable.
For more information about the safety measures we are taking for in-person appointments, please read below.
Our In-Person Appointment Safety Measures Include:
- Appointments are staggered to reduce contact between clients and staff.
- Our office has Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:
▪ Hand Sanitizers
▪ Surface Sanitizers
▪ Masks
▪ Gloves
▪ Plexiglass Shield at the Office Front Desk
▪ Retractable clear screens in offices
Common surfaces in the waiting area and in each office are wiped down several times per day.
