Biography
Beth strives to meet clients where they are at and extend their capacity for change and personal growth through strength-based approaches. Beth offers practical strategies to help ease distress and build hope for the future. She views the counselling environment as a safe and inclusive space to explore new strategies for established problems and to develop proactive supports.
Beth is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She completed her Master of Counselling degree in Counselling Psychology with Athabasca University, and both a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with the University of Calgary. Her approach to therapy is integrative, drawing on Solution-Focused therapy, Narrative therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural therapy.
